Dr. J Valsalakumari is a renowned Gynecologist and Obstetrician having more than 35 years of experience both in Government and Private sector Hospitals. She has served as the Head of Department of Gynecology in Government General Hospital, Ernakulum and was a senior consultant in Kunhalu’s Nursing home and Sunrise Hospital, Ernakulum. She was the co-ordinator of Laparoscopic Training Center at the General Hospital, Ernakulam. She is an expert Laparoscopic surgeon having performed numerous complicated Gynecological Laparoscopic surgeries. She has undergone training in ultrasonography at the Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum. She was the President of the Cochin Chapter of Gynecological Society of India
